Post Release Fixes

After actually sleeping 8 hours again I took a good look at the issues the game had
Fixed:
- Could not even play the game before since a level was referenced but not open by the engine (UE being UE)
- Fixed the day timer since it was using much more time than the one expected to elapse an hour.
- Updated the credits since I forgot to add names after uploading the last second  and pulling an all nighter (sorry about that.)
